The Color Palette: Basalt Meets Cashmere
For the main cabinetry, our clients opted for a handleless, sleek aesthetic. The MDF fronts are lacquered in a beautiful dual-tone combination of Basalt and Cashmere.
- Basalt: A deep, dramatic, and grounding color used for the base units, creating a strong architectural foundation for the room.
- Cashmere: A soft, warm neutral used on the upper elements to keep the space feeling open, bright, and airy.
The handleless design is achieved using premium Gola profiles in a Brushed Brass finish. This subtle touch of metallic warmth instantly elevates the entire design, tying perfectly into the warm lighting and wooden accents.
Warmth and Texture: Oak Casella Natural
To prevent the contemporary design from feeling too clinical, we introduced rich, natural wood elements. The bespoke open pantries and shelving units feature Oak Casella Natural.
This beautiful wood grain adds a layer of organic texture and creates a stunning visual contrast against the smooth matte lacquer of the doors. We integrated warm ambient LED strip lighting directly into the oak shelving, creating a captivating display space for glassware and selected decorative items.
The Worktops: Luxurious Dekton Neural
A high-end kitchen requires a high-performance surface. For this project, the worktops and matching splashback cladding are executed in Dekton Neural.
Dekton is an ultra-compact surface, renowned for its incredible durability, heat resistance, and scratch resistance. The "Neural" finish offers a sophisticated, light base with fine, elegant veining that bridges the gap perfectly between the dark Basalt units and the lighter Cashmere tones.
