1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of bespoke kitchen, bedroom, and interior solutions by Creo Interiors Limited ("we", "us", "our") to the customer ("you", "your"). By accepting a quotation and paying a deposit, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Quotations and Design
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Designs, drawings, and 3D renders remain the intellectual property of Creo Interiors until the final balance is paid.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all dimensions, appliance specifications, and design details are correct before manufacturing begins.
3. Payment Terms
Our standard payment structure is as follows (unless otherwise agreed in writing):
- Booking Deposit: Required to secure your production slot and order materials.
- Delivery Payment: Required prior to or on the day of delivery of materials to the site.
- Final Balance: Due immediately upon practical completion of the installation.
* All goods remain the property of Creo Interiors until paid for in full.
4. Delivery and Installation
We will make every effort to deliver and install your project on the agreed dates. However, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages, third-party delays). We will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such delays. You must ensure the site is clear, accessible, and ready for installation.
5. Warranty and Guarantee
We take pride in our craftsmanship. Our bespoke furniture is covered by a standard guarantee against manufacturing defects, subject to fair wear and tear. Hardware (e.g., Blum hinges) is covered by the manufacturer's specific warranties. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or unauthorised alterations.
